With over 20 years of professional hospitality experience, Chef Matt Burton has acquired and developed many great skills and talents in the food service industry. He furthered his repitoire by achieving Red Seal Certificaion through SAIT’s apprenticeship cook program. He has absorbed new information, skills and trends with ease which have helped him become a greater chef and gain vast knowledge of the food service industry and the ever changing trends that come with it. He has a heart for this industry and appears to be reaching for the sky with no intention of stopping on his path to success. A positive attitude as well as determination and the drive to succeed has ensured that he is always pushing to be better and improve upon himself in both his professional and personal life. Thus far it has proven to carry him through many challenges and obstacles with ease making him a culinary force to be reckoned with. He is hard working, eager to learn and driven to succeed at every turn. He has an unprecedented passion for this line of work and works well leading in a team environment but is able to efficiently and effectively work well on his own as well. His leadership qualities and ability to adapt and deligate without hesitiation ensures all your primal needs are met.
